With vast and exhaustive experience of 45 years in the Department of Town and Country Planning, Haryana and Private Sector, Mr. K. K Yadav has gained deep insights in the domains of real estate, commercial and economic settings, mapping and planning.
He has clear and sustained understanding of the potentials across these sectors along with required environmental necessity in spatial context – the site (the building or a group of buildings), area (the neighbourhood or a city/zone) and the regions (plain, coastal or capital region).
To this effect, he has prepared not only Feasibility Reports and Detailed Project Reports but a number of Lay Out Plans of Neighborhoods, Sectors and Master Plans of Towns, Cities and Regions.
He has supervised and guided hundreds of his students in their PhD, M Plan and B Plan. Besides, he is invited by National English and Hindi dailies for his articles and comments in the fields mentioned above. He has worked on establishment of various Industrial Model Townships and helped the government in framing important policies in Haryana.
