His initiation in taking responsibility of practical life and need to sustain and survive started by his early contribution in his family Farm and Country side Hotel (Dhabba).
His Professional qualification of BE (Electronics & Communication) and the spirit to live life king-size pushed him to the winning journey of life/work achieving Kabbadi, Hammer-throw, Discuss throw, Shot-put and Javelin trophies.
Served leading industries for 4 crucial years to learn the tricks of trade and gained entrepreneurship skills. His entrepreneurial journey started with Logistic & Local Transport Services and gained quick support from BIG corporate houses with a funding of 1.2 Crores for expansion. His logical expansion in Body house/ Truck body building Services, Manpower Placement and becoming DSA in Finance Management / Lending Business help him to manage the fleet of 700+ vehicles in short time.

With vast and exhaustive experience of 45 years in the Department of Town and Country Planning, Haryana and Private Sector, Mr. K. K Yadav has gained deep insights in the domains of real estate, commercial and economic settings, mapping and planning.
He has clear and sustained understanding of the potentials across these sectors along with required environmental necessity in spatial context – the site (the building or a group of buildings), area (the neighbourhood or a city/zone) and the regions (plain, coastal or capital region).
To this effect, he has prepared not only Feasibility Reports and Detailed Project Reports but a number of Lay Out Plans of Neighborhoods, Sectors and Master Plans of Towns, Cities and Regions.
He has supervised and guided hundreds of his students in their PhD, M Plan and B Plan. He has worked on establishment of various Industrial Model Townships and helped the government in framing important policies in Haryana.
