When you sign up or enlist for a Property listing at AcreBase Land Holding LLP, Manesar, you agree to our terms of use, our privacy policy, and our properties information policy.
Important:
- The Prime User Registration and Prime Property Listing fees (if any) are entirely non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-adjustable in any case.
- An exception is made in the case of the “Free Properties Registration”, in which the entire amount is refundable after the user successfully apply all the steps. In case, the user is absent from participatory deals, the entire security fee is non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-adjustable in any case.
- After registration is cancelled, all the charges deposited to the company will become null and void.
Refunds of Registration / Listing Fees are possible if
- Properties Registered which are not available anymore or cancelled (with in 24 hours of registration)
- Security amount taken for “Free Properties Registration” course.
- Users initiate a refund request within 2 days after listing the properties /deals in the respective category. To initiate a refund request please write to us at support@acrebase.in or submit a refund request in writing to us.
AcreBase Land Holding LLP, Manesar reserves the right to administer administrative fees or penalty fees.
